The following format will be used for all 2011 tryouts.
1. Physical Testing by True AP
- Vertical jump
- Core Strength
- Shuttle Run
2. Skills Testing
- Forearm passing (10 minutes)
- Overhead passing (10 minutes)
- Attacking (20 minutes)
- Setting (10 minutes)
- Serving (10 minutes)
3. Court Competition
4. Call backs and Team Selections will be posted on website.
* Water breaks will be included as needed
