Tryout Format

The following format will be used for all 2011 tryouts.

1. Physical Testing by True AP

  • Vertical jump
  • Pro-Agility
  • Core Strength
  • Sprint
  • Shuttle Run

2. Skills Testing

  • Forearm passing (10 minutes)
  • Overhead passing (10 minutes)
  • Attacking (20 minutes)
  • Setting (10 minutes)
  • Serving (10 minutes)

3. Court Competition

  • Four on four; Six on six

4. Call backs and Team Selections will be posted on website.

* Water breaks will be included as needed
