NVVA Volunteer Coordinator

NVVA seeks a volunteer who will lead our club in organizing volunteers for various activities and events throughout the year. This person would be responsible for publicizing, organizing and overseeing volunteers at the direction of the Vice President. Such activities may include coordinating volunteers for the NVVA Golf Tournament, NVVA Auction, Season Opener, Café help, as well as office and administrative help the club may need. This person would:

• compile a list of volunteers during the season kick-off activities with the tasks they are willing to perform
• maintain the volunteer list throughout the season due to attrition, polling for new volunteers, and requesting specific volunteers per event, and,
• lastly, disseminate the necessary contact and task information to the area or person within NVVA who needs help when the event is triggered.

The Volunteer Coordinator can also partner with the Parents Director to present volunteer opportunities for dissemination to the NVVA parents via the Parent Representatives and Team Enhancement Coordinators.
