Bullfrogs has been designed for athletes ages 11 - 13. This program focuses on refining and mastering volleyball fundamentals with a focus on strategy and positional play.  Leap Blockers will master advanced techniques in blocking and counter-attacks, emphasizing timing, vertical leap, and the ability to anticipate and react, akin to a bullfrog's precise and powerful leap to block an opponent.
