Welcome to the Northern Virginia Club League (NVCL)!

Creating a Safe, Competitive, and Enjoyable Experience The NVCL series prioritizes the safety of all participants while fostering a dynamic environment where players can engage in competitive and enjoyable volleyball matches. Our events are hosted at the renowned Virginia Volleyball Center, a premier facility designed for excellence in the sport.

Level of Play NVCL is designed for teams competing at the 'Club,' 'Regional,' 'National,' or 'American' levels within their organizations. This ensures a high-quality playing experience tailored to teams of varying competitive tiers. JVA, AAU, and USAV teams are invited to participate.

Event Format Each NVCL event follows a structured format to ensure fairness and excitement:

• Pools are limited to a maximum of four teams per court, utilizing a round-robin format.

• All participating teams will advance to playoffs, guaranteeing every team a chance to compete in the final stages.

• Please note: Formats and playoff structures may be adjusted based on the specific needs of each event.
  

Spectator Information Seating for spectators is limited, Club directors will receive detailed information to share with their teams and families.

Team Registration and Acceptance Policy To manage demand and maintain event quality, the following policies are in place:

• Entries may be capped at one team per club per age group if the event becomes overbooked.

• Team acceptance is determined based on:

  • Date of registration and payment submission

  • AES ranking

  • JVA membership status
    

Event Fees and Payment

• The registration fee is $325 per team, per event.

• Full payment is required at the time of registration for each event your team plans to participate in.

• NVCL uses the AES system for seamless registration and payment processing.

All tournaments are for U13 through U16 age groups or Elementary, Middle and High School teams.
