About the Role
Youth Academy Volleyteers will, based on coaching aptitude and experience, train or help train our youth academy athletes on Sundays.
Volleyteers in this position MUST come ready to participate on the courts and wear their club gear during the practice at all times.
This is a preferred 7 week cycle commitment.
Requirements
For the position of Youth Academy Asst. Coach/Coach Volleyteer, you must:
Be an NVVA / XP athlete
Participate actively on the practice court at all times
Visibly wear NVVA / XP practice gear at all times on the practice court
Be comfortable working with athletes and coaches in a leadership role
