🌟 About Lauren
Lauren is an enthusiastic and energetic professional with over seven years of international experience in account management, sales, strategic marketing, and customer service. She has a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns, building strong relationships, and enhancing customer experiences. What's more, Lauren is no stranger to the world of volleyball, having accumulated over 20 years of experience in the sport, including a stint as an Assistant Volleyball Coach right here at NVVA!
📈 Role & Responsibilities
As the Marketing Director, Lauren will orchestrate our brand strategy and optimize the entire customer experience at NVVA. Her role will encompass everything from market research and performance metrics to internal tool maintenance and professional development initiatives.
